where do I plug in the fan into the motherboard?

I recently upgraded my power supply for my computer. And during the process I accidentally unplugged the fan that cools the computer. Not the fan on the motherboard. I cant find plug for it. Every time I start up my computer it tells me that the fan doesn't work and I need maintenance. Help with this would be apreciated.

look for fan headers on the motherboard...they will be 3or4 pins....look for sys_fan1...sys_fan 2 or pwr_fan......the power connections can only go on one way so you will be fine......

if you cant plug it into the motherboard look for a 4 pin female molex coming off the power supply....if the fan has a 4 pin male molex plug it directly into the power supply line......

that should get you hooked back up and running.....
